I found a bag with a black thrifted blazer and some rhinestone fringe and thought.... YESSSS! I ended up making a bonus dress, which is be far my favorite of the two pieces. You can do this to pretty much any piece as long as the location you put your fringe, DOES NOT NEED TO STRETCH! The rhinestone fringe will prevent the item from stretching once it's applied.
